For the last seven weeks I have been in isolation alone. My instruction from Emerita was to: ‘Dress your plants in clothes to keep you company’.

Ilish asked me to: ‘Become one with your loved one’.

I decided to create a basic go-to meal my mom use to make us when she wasn't in the mood to cook dinner etc which is egg on rice with sesame oil, seaweed and kimchi.

For many of us food has become our closest friend during this time, and I believe its important for us to reflect, be grateful for being able to revitalise ourselves everyday and think about those we love <3
