Collection Saturday
Max Burgess & Hahna Nichols⁣⁣
08/05/21⁣⁣
Performance started at 5PM and was 45 minutes duration.⁣⁣

⁣⁣
Collection Saturday is a structured improvised durational dance work exploring the superficial and profound histories of two lives. Performed by Hahna Nichols and Max Burgess, the two artists will recite fragments of their lives with subsequent explorations through movement to embody, resonate with and reflect upon what has been shared. The work is a calling for those who engage to seek a beauty in acknowledging their own lives. It is a reminder that all lives are multifaceted, complex, and full in the same likeness, and an opportunity to expose the nuanced and niche richness of two lives propelled together in the present.⁣⁣
